
Think 360 is our methodology. Think 360 showcases how we engage with our clients and exemplifies how we are truly different from our competitors.
Our initial phase is entitled Discover. We begin by assembling the right professionals, asking questions, listening to the responses... and then asking more questions! This fundamental information is critical to engagement success, as within this effort we uncover key issues, resource constraints, unique requirements, custom operational processes, business goals, team dynamics, regulation / compliance challenges, and more. Notice that we first work to gain insight on the business scenario and digest the playing field. Only when this is done, do we then dive into the current technology state and how these tools are being utilized.
Phase two is also aptly named Think. In this phase, we assemble the data, information and insights gathered in Discover, and then add in our experience, expertise, and research. We produce a series of sequential deliverables that enable our team to document and communicate the inputs and findings and then to assemble solution scenarios and recommendations.
In the final phase, Apply, we execute. It's more than just building-out and implementation of the solution, it's how our team works with the client to ensure superior information transfer which enables the client to support the solution on an ongoing basis. Our delivery is still incomplete at this point as we take additional steps to work with the client to review the project and to optimize the solution ensuring full acceptance and complete delivery.
Why this methodology and philosophy? Simply put, it is a repeatable process that consistently delivers real value to our clients. We are not a sales organization.
