DISPARATE CONTACT CENTERS NOT EFFECTIVE

Business Issue
A global product distributor headquartered in St. Louis maintained distributed Contact Centers at each of their distribution centers across the United States. These Contact Centers were unable to handle the volume and depth of inbound customer calls, resulting in a customer experience that was not meeting expectations.

Solution
We implemented a unified communications and collaboration infrastructure to support the entire enterprise. The solution-set encompassed: voice, data, messaging, conferencing, mobility, presence, chat and more.

Results
By connecting all the locations on a single platform, the company was able to consolidate the inbound customer calls, inside sales and customer support into a single Contact Center operating 24 x 7 x 365 from company headquarters. This ensured significant improvements in the customer experience, greater efficiencies in staffing, and a lift in inside sales performance. Staff located across the organization can now collaborate quickly and easily whether they are at their desk or mobile.

A TURN-KEY INFRASTRUCTURE TURNS ON A DIME

Business Issue
One of our clients has a very unique business. They provide building products to areas hit by tragedy. For example, when a tornado devastates a town, they react! Within days of the tragedy, a new temporary satellite location is built in that hard-hit area. The challenge that we were faced with was how to create a robust communications and networking infrastructure that is agile and flexible enough to support the business model and is both affordable and can be easily executed by a limited IT staff.

Solution
We created the "mobile office". The "mobile office" is a fully functional unified communications solution with bundled hardware and software to enable voice, data, messaging, mobility, network storage and more. It is supported and managed by a centralized operations organization located in the company's headquarters.

Results
The "mobile office" can be provisioned in minutes. And, it can be terminated in minutes. When a satellite location is put into motion, the communications systems are easy to deploy and the staff can focus on helping those affected by the tragedy.
